Private orders.
Public PnL.
Sub-50ms matching.
Institutional perps on Solana, hidden from MEV. Powered by MagicBlock Ephemeral Rollups.
Institutional-grade perps.
Decentralized by design.
Three properties that make DarkBook the only perps venue worth trading on Solana.
Privacy-First Order Book
Order size and identity are encrypted off-chain with ECIES. Only a 32-byte commitment hash is stored on-chain. Your position size stays hidden until settlement — invisible to MEV bots and whale trackers.
Sub-50ms Matching Engine
Orders are matched on MagicBlock Ephemeral Rollups with dedicated validator throughput. The OrderBook PDA is delegated to the ER; matching happens in isolated fast state with 100ms finality windows.
Immutable Settlement
Settlement is atomic on Solana mainnet via Anchor. Admin keys are burned (Anatoly Percolator pattern). No upgradeable risk engine. No centralized liquidation oracle. Permissionless cranking.
"Anatoly published Percolator — an immutable risk engine. DarkBook extends it to private order-book context. Same operational-safety philosophy. Immutable, permissionless, decentralized risk."
— Built for Frontier 2026, Solana hackathon
How DarkBook works
End-to-end data flow from encrypted order placement to on-chain settlement.
Private orders. Hidden sizes.
Order sizes are encrypted — only the size band is visible. MEV bots see nothing actionable.
DarkBook vs The Field
The only institutional perps venue with privacy, speed, and full decentralization.
| Protocol | Privacy | Latency | Decentralized | Max Leverage | Settlement | MEV Resistant |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
DarkBook This protocol | <50ms | 20x | Solana Mainnet | |||
| Hyperliquid | ~100ms | 50x | HyperEVM | |||
| Drift Protocol | 400ms+ | 20x | Solana | |||
| Dexlab | 500ms+ | 10x | Solana |
* Latency measured as order submission to match confirmation. Decentralization based on validator set / admin key control.

Superteam Earn, Frontier
Frontier Earn: shipped stack plus filing targets
Devnet terminal with wallet connect, oracle-driven marks, and optional RPC and market data. Eitherway and Tether listings match what is live today. Umbra and Encrypt Ika are linked for completeness; see submission-progress/superteam/SIDETRACK.md for what is integrated versus roadmap-only.
Wallet adapter in the trade terminal alongside Phantom.
OHLCV and market intel on the trade route when an API key is set.
Helius or Quicknode URLs supported via NEXT_PUBLIC_HELIUS_RPC or NEXT_PUBLIC_QUICKNODE_RPC.
Matching and commit path documented in the program and SDK.
Stablecoin track narrative: margin and settlement are USD-stablecoin native on devnet (USDC today; same SPL token program patterns as USDT). See submission-progress/superteam/TRACKER.md for bounty rows, filing status, and payload checklist.
